I have not been very satisfied with not having my regular Extermanator. I should not have to tell them where to spray or where to check traps. I understand you are getting very busy but I am paying for a service that I expect to get consistently. I am not comfortable having someone different each time. They are very much in a hurry to get in and get out. Would like to have my regular person back he was very thorough and had excellent customer service.

Our tech, Chad, text the day before to setup the time. He then arrived promptly at the beginning of the service window provided. He was friendly and helpful, providing an assessment and treating thoroughly. We had fire ants and he aggressively treated and explained next steps and future treatment options.

I really appreciate the pest control that Chad does with Craig n sons. He’s good at letting us know that he coming so we can just unlock the gate, then he quickly does his spraying and then he’s gone. Once in a while we chat a bit of I’m outside when he comes by and he’s already nice and friendly.
Last month he made an additional visit to confirm we had no rodents. So our dishwasher sprung a leak and so we called the insurance company for it, they sent out a repair guy to fix it but this guy said the leak was from rodents. We don’t have rodents! So on the advise of our attorney we got

Gave us a good price. Had to replace some facia boards that were eaten by termites. They did a great job on the replacement and the color matching of paint to our house. They were great about calling us when they had a earlier opening to move us forward in the line of people waiting. Would definitely recommend them to people.
