Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality
Checked my battery for me, jumped it, and also refilled my tires. There was nothing wrong with my battery, and he told me honestly he didn't have to do anything with the car beyond the jumpstart. Service was done within 24 hours and with plenty of notice. I would definitely recommend this mechanic for any problem.

I dropped my Car off on the day they asked me to, never reached out to me on the progress of my car. I had to call several time when I was given wrong information, I was quoted one price, and they charged almost $300 more than what I was quoted. It's incredibly frustrating dealing with this business, I don't understand how they have 5 star rating. They have been horrible business owners, I will ensure to go out of my way to make sure every person I know understands how bad of a business this is.

Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Our car broke down while we were on vacation. We called and they were able to diagnose the problem and repair the simple problem the same day! Their hourly labor cost is fair, and they actually spoke to us instead of confusing us with car lingo. Would definitely recommend Jason and his team! Driving up to the shop it looks sketchy, but once you meet the mechanics it's not bad

Jason, the owner is awesome. So is alicia, the shop office manager. I formerly used Hook N Run for my old company's fleet vehicles and they were great! I now take my personal vehicle there and they have been thorough and flexible to my schedule. I would give more than 5 stars if I was able.

Known Jason for years. He's an excellent technician that knows how to diagnose problems before fixing them. Not like some inexperienced mechanics who just replace parts until the problem goes away. He takes care of my car without hurting my wallet. HNR I'd definitely the place to go for all your automotive needs
