We bought an 80" rolling shower door from Aston Global when we did a full bathroom "down to the studs" remodel. The shipping box doesn't hold up well, but it ships on a pallet so that helps. But... inside the outer box the sheets of glass are very well boxed with lots of padding. The first "fixed panel" (the part that doesn't slide) somehow had a spot on the edge that "sheared" off the day after we installed it. These are 100 pound sheets of glass that get shipped all over so probably a lot of shipping stress even with the packaging. I called the toll free number and spoke with Trey (I think that

I’ve called several times, left messages with no response, called every department on their telephone dial pad - no answer! I just tried 4 different departments this time around (account services, the hospitality division, sales team, and the operator) and when I finally “got through” to the operator I didn’t even get a person, I just just put straight on hold. I’m currently sitting here listing to music, which is a first. I usually get sent to the voicemail box, which is why I know I’m “on hold.”
