Soft washing is a cleaning method that uses low pressure and safe, eco-friendly solutions to clean surfaces. These water-based, 100% biodegradable chemicals work to break down dirt and grime, remove bug nests and webs, kill mold, mildew, algae, and bacteria, leaving the surface clean and sterilized.

Owner is very professional and informative. I was very confident that the job would be done well. Workers arrived on time and were professional and courteous. Maybe I made a mistake by tipping them before the work was done. I had asked the owner about protecting my plantings and he showed me pictures of how plants are covered while the house is washed. I asked the workers about this and was told that covering wasn't necessary because one person would be spraying the plants while the other washed the house. Well, this didn't happen. I could not more highly recommend this company. From the appointment for the estimate for the softwash to the final check of the finished job, everyone from the owner to the workers were courteous, professional, and friendly. I immediately felt like the job I needed to have done was a priority, despite how busy they must have been.
My property had not been treated for several years and was in bad shape. It now looks amazing and clean. I would not use any other service in the future. If you are looking to get your deck/house/waljway/etc. cleaned, definitely go with this company.

My roof had black streaks and stains. Gulf2Bay did a soft wash of both the front and back. The employees that came could not have been more courteous and professional. After a week or so, I noticed that my front (north facing) roof was still darker in some areas than others. Amy and Dave scheduled a no-charge second application. No hassle at all. Absolutely cannot say enough positive things about this company. I will have them back to soft wash my siding and my deck in the Spring. I highly recommend.

Dave and the team exceeded my expectations. I contacted Gulf2bay to softwash my cedar home. After discussing the process and evaluation, we decide to have the roof and the house cleaned. I was originally skeptical of "cleaning a roof?" Dave gave me a far price and convinced me it was the right thing to do to prolong the life of the roof. We couldn't be more satisfied with the results. The house looks like new, so much so that people have commented "did we re-side the house". The concept is by washing a roof with low pressure it is less damaging to the roof. In reality, this may be true however be very careful as water entered my house during the washing process. The guys were great in terms of communication, and I don't believe this would happen to everyone, however in my case I think they used a little too much pressure and they sprayed up into the roof line and siding, so water got behind and came into the house. Luckily there wasnt any extensive damage, but I would not do it again as I think its not worth the possibility of water entering into the house

These guys were really terrific. Extremely professional and went out of their way to protect things around the house before the actual washing process. The house and roof looks amazing, you don't even realize how much your house needs this until you do it. Make sure to take some good "before" pics so you can really see the difference.
