It had been a long time since I had been to the dentist since I moved to the area. They were recommended by a friend and the experience was great, I'm happy Advanced Dentistry of Troy is my new dentist. Painless, no wait for appointments, and they explain everything they're doing and why they do it. Best dentist I've been to by far.

Absolutely like the experience from checking in, getting professional care for my teeth by a dental hygienist, followed by doctor check and check out. I am always told upfront of any charges for any additional procedures, so no surprises at the end.
Very nice, courteous staff. Very clean office environment that makes you feel comfortable. The doctors are thorough with their assessment, give correct recommendations and do good procedures.
Would recommend the practice for great dental care for the whole family.

Look, I get nothing in life is free. If they couldn’t work something out why not just say they couldn’t? How completely insensitive to just ignore me. You can clearly see these messages have been read. They were read every time I sent them. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth along with this excruciating pain! I travel from state to state and I swear, some states are just nicer than others when it comes to the people.

Couldn’t be happier! Great dentist, kind man who is honest with high integrity. How do I know this? I am/was a hygienist (Jan. 2018 I was diagnosed with stage 4 MBC so I no longer practice). That was how I met Dr. Gagi. He would sub at our office (until he bought his practice here). That is where I came to admire and respect his mind and hands. He always did such thorough patient exams and could relate to patients of all ages. Sometimes, with small children, he would show them pictures of his kids if they seemed nervous to help them relax. His work is great too! He aims for ideal, lasting work

Advanced dentistry has always been very professional. I have never had any unexpected charges, I always know up front exactly what my insurance will pay and what my responsibilities are. The crowns Dr. Gagi did were the best fitting/feeling crowns I've ever had done. He took his time making sure I was happy with his work. I would definitely recommend Advanced Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Advanced Dentistry makes a trip to the dentist a pleasant experience. I have been going there for a long time. You never have to wait- you are seen promptly. The receptionist and technician staff greets you so warmly. Their manner is very professional. The office decor and dental area is so relaxing, clean, and well- organized. The hygienists are well trained and thorough. They give you useful tips on dental hygiene. Dr. Gagi takes his time with you and is so gentle. I feel that I am in good hands with such a knowledgeable dentist. I would highly recommend this dentist.

Advanced Dentistry of Troy is by far the most accommodating and compassionate dentist office you will find! I cannot recommend them enough! I’ve only had good experiences there.
