As a brass and bronze metals processor, we are constantly evolving our business to better serve our consumers. We operated as an Ingot maker from 1919-2001, and began to produce mechanical pucks as an alternative to Ingot in 2002. Today we apply our knowledge as a secondary smelter to effect solutions for our customers with cost-effective units of scrap metal, briquetted material, and Riverloy pucks.

As technology has changed this past century, we have adapted our processes to better serve our consumers. We always provide excellent service and high quality products, and strive to exceed our customers' expectations. Our Mission is to promptly deliver high quality recycled materials at competitive prices to our valued customers.
Services
River Recycling purchases mixed or straight truckloads of material. We specialize in nonferrous metals and buy all grades of brass and bronze. Your material is weighed, sorted/processed, graded and a settlement report is sent with each payment. We buy material from across the country and are always looking to build relationships with new dealers & wholesalers.
We execute the best combination of processing solutions to meet our customers' business needs, enabling better control chemistry, higher melt recovery, and reduction in cost. Material is run through our demaging process to ensure our product is free of iron contamination. Through a controlled process, we are able to decommission cartridge brass and provide a cleaner more uniform lot to meet your metallurgical needs.

Google maps will steer your wrong. I-71 to Quigley road then Steelyard road the rest of the way seems okay.
Places looks abandoned but they get you unloaded pretty quick. Was in and out in 45 minutes.

A little difficult to get to.
DON'T FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS!
Once in the facility turn left to the scale and call the telephone number on the pole.
The docks are past the scale to the right.
The lot is in terrible shape and full of potholes but they unload fast and friendly to drivers.
