Hook and Recovery Tow was first suggested to me by my car insurance for emergency towing. They were great and helped me out a lot. When I had to have the car towed again, Hook and Recovery Tow were the first, and only, tow company I thought of. Again, they were very professional and very helpful. Great service and I would definitely recommend them!

This is a company that appreciates his customers.I needed a receipt to show proof my car was not driveable and Kevin responded immediately. He was so pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this company. Its a good when people really care and you feel they do!!!!!!!

My first experience with Hook Towing was a couple years ago. My car was towed form downtown. Because my day was already partially wrecked anyway, I wasn't expecting the EXCELLENT customer service and professionalism that everyone working that day gave me. It really put my mind at ease. They handled my car carefully. The icing on the cake was the most adorable rottweiler that grabbed my attention! I had such a good time from that experience I'm about ready to go back just to play with the dog! I would definitely use their service in the future!

I called and talked to Mike! This guy was the sweetest. His personality jumped out of the phone at me! Instant friend! If I ever need a tow again I’m definitely calling him! The service was great and the tow driver was quick. He was very nice as well! You just don’t get service like that any more. I’m hooked on Hooks T&R! (Corny) but true😂😂

Fast, friendly service!! We were stranded on the side of the road for nearly 2.5 hours waiting on another company. They never showed, and we called Hook. Mike picked up and dispatched a driver who arrived within 25 minutes. I hope no one finds themselves in the position we did, but if you so, definitely give Hook a call!!
