Apparently they don’t want my money. I tried to have them install a stair runner, and they told me to send them a picture of the stairs. I chose out my samples and promptly sent in the photo and never received a reply. I have been trying to get a response, but they seem to be disinterested in doing business, sadly.

I was very pleased working with Joe and the team at Skip's Custom Flooring Inc. I decided on putting in the floor myself and was able to follow the directions. Skip's was definitely available to assist with any and all our installation questions. With the right tools and patience, two of us were able to get two bedrooms including the closets completed in three days using the luxury vinyl flooring floor planks. I would highly recommend Skip's for all flooring needs. Can't wait to start on the master bedroom next!

After researching many flooring manufacturers and flooring stores, I decided to go with Skips Custom Flooring in Canandaigua, NY and I’m very glad I did. Joe Wolfe was great to work with in the showroom and Roger and Ronnie did a beautiful job installing the floor. They were great to work with and meticulous in every way, taking great pride in their workmanship.

Skip’s custom flooring in Canandaigua has a pretty large variety of flooring to choose from. I was interested in carpet. After making my selection the install was about a month out. The installer was top notch. Big improvement from a big hardware store where I’ve purchased and had carpeting installed in the past. Installer made all the difference in my opinion. He didn’t cut corners and was very attentive to detail. The carpet was installed in two days. I’m happy with the end result. I would recommend Skip’s.

We own and operate a B&B in Canandaigua. Skip's Custom Flooring has performed several carpeting jobs for us over the last several years. Their customer service is top notch - not only are the prices fair (even when comparing the same products from other companies), but Joe has been very helpful in choosing products that meet our needs.
