Had a great experience with them. The staff was wonderful. Great personalities. The Doctor was kind, patient, and insightful. They took the time to help me figure out what I wanted, and when problems arose went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed. The thing that surprised me the most was when the Doctor found out I was a Veteran he insisted I call the VA to see if I could get a better deal from them. His main concern besides my vision was how much I would have to pay. 10/10

Heritage Eye Care was recommended to me by folks on Front Porch Forum. Having had bad experiences at two other eye care offices I was hoping for better luck with Heritage. I’m happy to say that all my dreams came true! Todd Page gave me the best eye exam I have ever had and I found him to be friendly, professional and efficient. When I received my glasses I could see with the clarity that had been missing from my previous prescription. Thrilling! The prices, I think, are very good and I went back and ordered a pair of sunglasses, as well. The entire staff is really nice and the office is conveniently

Dr. Shiozawa is excellent; she is efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. In addition, the office support staff are excellent. They are happy to help with re-adjusting or repairing frames (if I have a screw loose or something is bent, etc). They have also helped with warranty repairs and with giving good suggestions for active-wear prescription sunglasses.
