Western States Packaging, Inc was founded by Mark Pickrell in 1994 and is currently headquartered in Pacoima, CA. Our founder is a veteran in the poly bag industry with over 30 years of experience who had a vision of becoming the very best at what we do. There aren't many individuals like Mark who have done everything in the industry.
Our expertise, quality systems, and our proprietary techniques and equipment are what allow us to manufacture your product to exacting standards. We offer a no cost inventory management program bases upon a Mid / Max agreement. We have ample space to facility your JIT program. We can offer local warehousing with a third party partner in various points around the country as determined by the needs of each facility.

Since 1994 Western States Packaging has been developing a wide variety of film types for all the leading automated "Bag in a box" manufacturers. We have worked closely with the auto-bag inserter manufactures and our customers, gathering their feedback on how the product ran on their specific machines to develop a product that works consistently all the way down to the core on each customers' machine.
