My husband and I had been discussing a deck for a long time before finally deciding to hire a suitable contractor for the build. AllPro Contracting built us a two level deck based on the criteria we described. The deck was skillfully crafted by someone experienced on their team named Aaron.
His track record for designing decks was very formidable, so we were extremely confident in the finished product and were even excited while we waited in anticipation. Good experience with this deck building contractor. The project manager and the owner collaborated well together and stayed on track. Since they were such great communicators, I never ran into any discrepancies with the timeline of events.
The deck has turned out much better than I anticipated. It is very sturdy and reinforced with top of the line materials. My family loves our new deck and I’ve had other members of my family and friends ask me who reconstructed it. I pointed them into the direction of AllPro Contracting because I believe they did a great job and deserve the business.

Dealt with Sonny the owner, in the beginning (before getting paid) he was on top of things. Towards the end there was still some unfinished work but I trusted that he wouldn't leave me high and dry so I paid him. After that he turned in to a completely different person I had to contact him every day for the work to be completed, finally after a month and a half he sent someone there to complete it. This was done a year ago, fast forward to today. I was on top of my roof and noticed that the flashing was the old flashing the gutters were attached to and with all this rain, the gutter route

Last year I had my deck redone by AllPro. They came out removed all of the major boards, replaced and stained them. I expressed my concern about staining so soon and was told by Sonny not to worry - the boards were already "seasoned,." A few weeks later I noticed cracks starting in the boards and took pictures and sent to Sonny. He said his crew did not follow his instructions and didn't use the proper wood. Told me to wait about a month to see if any more cracks appeared - well they did and now the deck looks worse then my old one. I contacted him and he said that he would

We had been thinking of getting a small steam room since the first of the year. We got three bids and we took the lower bid. What a mistake! We paid half down which was ok. It took three to four weeks before the project began. The actual construction took two or three weeks. The structure was beautiful and the steam room worked for about two weeks. The next few weeks were spent calling, texting and emailing the constructor whose name was Sonny. He did finally come over to our home to repair. We signed a contract with a necessary completion date 2+ months in advance for a 3-4 day project. Sonny was quick to be in contact with me up until the moment I signed the contract and sent a deposit check. I politely would ask for a status update and a copy of the fully signed contract but he did not respond via emails or my phone calls. After a month, he finally sent me a copy via email (we were now only 3 weeks away from completion date). I politely reached out a week later asking for an update but was again ignored via email / phone calls. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he was busy
