Natural tooth structure in bone and gum left, artificial replacement implant in bone and gum right. Dental implants are basically artificial roots made of biocompatible titanium upon which a crown is placed to regain a missing tooth or teeth in form, function, and esthetics. On the top jaw, or maxilla, there are limitations and anatomical landmarks that have to be considered.

Established care with Dr Nick today; extremely pleased with the care I received.......from the cheerful/timely receptionist at check in to the empathetic/attentive dental assistant during the cleaning/X-rays/various other procedures.

I’m in town for a few months, I’m a patient at the SPERO Clinic (Neuro Clinic in Fayetteville). I had a pretty severe toothache and being so far away from home I needed to find a dentist ASAP and was referred to Dr. Nick. He and his staff have been fabulous! My 5 year old daughter needed some dental work done and after multiple appointments she was still smiling and happy to go in for her dental cleaning today. I haven't seen Dr. Yiannios since I was in high school (early 2000s), but I still credit him for showing me how going to the dentist can actually be enjoyable. As a young child, I had a traumatic experience with another dentist, so I refused to go back for a long time. Eventually though, I had a painful cavity, and Dr. Yiannios came highly recommended. Over the course of many visits to his chair, I did a total 180. There was much work to do (I needed SEVERAL fillings), but he was always patient, kind, and non-judgmental. I can still hear him asking me, "Do you feel pain or pressure? I can fix pain

I don't have any personal experience with the dentist. I came in with a friend while she got worked on and waited in the waiting room, which was nice and comfortable. What I noticed was how badly the assistants were treated.
The older dark haired lady, I assume she's the boss. ABSOLUTELY rude to those girls. If I knew of a way to file harassment I would, her picture is in the dictionary for rudeness.
In response to your reply. I know for a fact I don't have the wrong office. Unless there's multiple Nick Yiannios offices across from the JB Hunt tower in rogers.

I just started going to this Dentist a little while ago and I love it. I've never been afraid of the dentist, but the previous dentist I was seeing in the area just gave me a weird feeling. I had been recommended to go to Dr. Nick by a friend and after researching him online, I finally made an appointment. He is one of a kind dentist and ahead of his time with his knowledge and technique. It is awesome we have such a dentist in this area!
The office is really nice and everyone who works there that I have encountered is so friendly and helpful. The woman at the front desk is so warm and friendly

I have had TERRIBLE experiences here. The first time I went here they tried to take all new x-rays that weren't covered by my interest because they didn't get my records from my previous dentist after I asked them to TWICE. They were just trying to get more money. They also never informed me that I was out of network, even though I asked repeatedly. Dr. Nick informed me I had a small cavity but he had extra time and could fix it same day (before I could figure out that my insurance wasn't covering all of this). I've never even had a cavity before and had no pain so who even

Went in today to get my son's broken tooth fixed. He walked me through his recommendation of what to do and let me make an option of what I wanted to do.
Results were great.
I don't know how he was able to hire such a phenomenal staff, but he has definitely picked from the cream of the crop. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Had head aches for years and was told I grind my teeth and needed to wear a biting night guard. For years I didn't sleep well with the guard in and my head aches continued. After meeting Dr. Nick he educated me about alignment and my bite. Dr. Nick built a full scale model of my mouth with x-ray's and scans, showing me exactly where my teeth hit and what was out of place etc. Six months since my first visit I have NO head aches, I wear NO night guard and my teeth are naturally re-aligning and my bite is almost back to normal. Dr. Nick has set the bar so high in dentistry, I can't even compare him to others. His staff is so knowledgeable, and talented. After having some filling and crown work completed by him, I now know what excellent dental work really is! Where has this dentist been all my life? So glad I decided to give his office a try! Excellent new dentistry service in Rogers. Dr. Nick and his staff are first-rate and very personable. They seem to know the ins and outs of their craft exceptionally well.
As an analogy for how seriously Dr. Nick takes treatment, he was even speaking to me about the special floor treatment in his offices, apparently the same as in an Operating Room to create a sterile field and then said that carpet/traditional tile can harbor bacteria and lead to potential cross-contamination between patients. While I have no idea how much of a risk this is it was nice to know he had thought of such detail

Ever since I got out of braces, ten years ago, my jaw has been bothering me. I always woke up in the morning with a really sore jaw and sometimes it even hurt to open my mouth. I was told by previous dentists that I should probably stop chewing gum and steak.... yes, I could live without gum and steak but I was still hurting all the time and that didn't fix the problem. In October I was seen by Dr. Nick Yiannios. I told him my symptoms and to my surprise, he didn't tell me to stop chewing gum or eating steak. He explained to me that my bite was off.
