I used Matt’s Piano Service today to move 2 pianos. They were careful, professional and had all the right equipment you need to move a piano...Both pianos arrived safely and were taken out of their old homes safely. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing to move a piano.

I would highly recommend Matt's Piano Moving to anyone in need of piano moving services! He has helped me out with a variety of tasks - moving my personal upright piano, bringing a piano to Books-A-Million for the annual CVMTA Fall Gala of Music, delivering a baby grand piano to St. Mary's Church in Altoona, disposing of a non-serviceable upright in the church basement, and moving a large electronic organ to the other side of our choir area. His moving equipment & techniques are very professional - you can trust that your piano is in good hands with Matt! I also appreciate his friendliness & responsiveness

So Matt did a really good job at the actual moving of the piano. nothing to complain about there. My issue is the inconsistent and inflated pricing. First, his pricing isn't available on his website, not even ballpark amounts. He charged us $700 to move a small upright piano 56 miles. there's a $250 flat fee for moving a piano anywhere, which I totally understand and I think is a fair price, but then come the up charges. We were told on the phone by Matt himself that stairs were $100, then it was $200, then $250. so instead of the stairs we opted for walking the piano around the back of the house

Matt moved a piano across town to its new home for me earlier today. He arrived on time, with his team and all necessary equipment. They treated the piano as though it was their own. They handled the move efficiently and with great care. I absolutely would not hesitate to use his services again and certainly recommend his company without any reservations.

Matt's Piano Moving is a reliable company. There were no issues with the move of my baby grand piano into my new home. The communication and estimate were all given promptly, so I had it scheduled quite quickly. When I suddenly had to reschedule the move to a different day due to road work starting on my street, Matt was very accommodating. The work was done efficiently, and the communication between the two movers was clear, so I knew my piano was in good hands the whole time. They were personable and friendly. I highly recommend this company.
