We hired Jerry to clean our new house before we moved in. When he got here I asked him to focus on the main floor and the upstairs and kitchen and bathroom. Jerry and his employee spent 3 hours cleaning our basement. We asked him to not clean the oven and he cleaned the oven. He did not listen to me and didn't focus on what I asked him to do. His employee spent 30 minutes dusting a room that was still dusty when they left. He didn't get the job done on the first day and wanted to come back the next day. I told him no thank you. He billed us for $600 for a still dirty house that I had to clean after

Absolutely amazing! When I forgot to arrange for a cleaning for our vrbo home, Jerry and his crew came to the rescue and provided a last minute emergency deep clean. They worked it into their busy schedule to come same day and took excellent care of our home. We were very happy with the communication, the clean, and the follow up.
