Being a local native to Orlando, FL, I continue to enjoy everything that this state has to offer. I have worked in ministry for the past 7 years. To say I have a heart for past, present, and future generations is an understatement. Growing up with 10 cousins under the same roof has made me a family oriented man.
I have been originating mortgages since 1998. It was a few years later that I decided to follow a path that would lead me to manufactured, modular and site-built construction loans. Ideal for first-time buyers, these mortgages can help reduce or eliminate nearly every cost associated with obtaining a home loan. The most popular of these programs is the USDA/Rural Development mortgage which has maximum income and property location requirements.
Generally speaking, you can purchase a home with a value of two or three times your annual household income. However, the amount that you can borrow will also depend upon your employment history, credit history, current savings and debts, and the amount of down payment you are willing to make. You may also be able to take advantage of special loan programs for first time buyers to purchase a home with a higher value.

Taylor Caffey and Jamey Trim helped my wife's and my dream become a reality yesterday! We closed on our land and begin the process of building our new home. If I were to walk through the full extent of what hoops Jamey and Taylor jumped through to make our mortgage happen in less than 4 weeks, you'd be sitting here reading for a while. What you need to know is that these folks are the best and you'd be making a monumental mistake if you choose anyone else. The summary of our story is we put a house under contract at the beginning of March, with a closing date scheduled for 4/26.
