Can went out of his way to help me with an exhaust repair before I had to drive back home for Thanksgiving. Absolutely great customer service and owners. I dont trust people other than myself to work on my vehicles, but I’d take it to them anyday! Cam isn’t scared to run stuff by you or explain what he’s doing and why. They were also more than accommodating of my 185 lb dog with me which I was super thankful for! Give them a shot and you won’t be disappointed.

Update follows!... Rip off prices. Quoted me $5000 for head gasket on my Toyota. I had to make four calls to get a quote. Argumentative woman on their end. I wouldn't take my car there for free now. I did it myself with $130 in parts and 14 hours labor in my driveway. No special tools needed. 15,000 miles later, I can assure you I did it right. Their labor charge then is $4,870 or $348 per hour! Shop around.
UPDATE: OWNER CLAIMS not to have any record of my estimate... makes sense. I had to call FOUR TIMES to get one. The fact you can't find my quote further proves of the level of incompetence

As a single lady, car repairs terrify me. I don’t know anything about cars so finding a place I can trust and is affordable is absolutely important. I can happily say that my worries are over now that I found Pro Automotive. I feel that they fixed my car like it was their own. I’ll never go anyplace else! My previous review was for a different shop, this shop is actually my number one recommended shop in all of middle Georgia. They have serviced my vehicles for all the years I have lived in this area & have always done a more than phenomenal job!!! They also saved me from driving around in a death trap Only! Only place I will trust! My apologies for leaving a review for another shop on this one! 10/10 amazing shop, great customer service.

If you want good service, shop here. I shopped at 3 different places and the prices were all similar but Pro Auto had the lowest of the 3. You get friendly service and they’re professional and prompt. Hope is great to work with and communicates with you through the entire process.

Got to the store about 7:45a knowing the shop didn't open until 8am. To my surprise, the sign was turned on and doors open just as I got there. Needed my AC checked because it was blowing hot air. Needless to say, everything was explained to me before any work was done and was then asked if I would like to move forward with getting the job done. I did and my car was pulled in immediately. In about 30 min my car was complete with my AC blowing cold again. Was even told if it go back out to bring it back the early part of the week and if it doesn't, still bring it back the later part of the week

Discount tire broke my lug nut so they paid for me to come here and get it fixed. Prior to that I got my new tires at discount then got an alignment at Mavis tire the same exact day which was 4/08/21. I also scheduled the appointment for pro automotive to fix my lug nut. That scheduled time was for 4/22/21. From 4/08/21 to 4/22/21 my car drove like a brand new car with my tires and alignment. Then after my lug nut was fixed I noticed that my car seemed off. I had to work so I couldn't tell the first two days. But come Saturday 4/24/21 while I was driving on the interstate I could tell my car

I will never go to another automotive shop as long as I live here! My husband and I are so impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of the Pro Automotive team. It was possible I would need my fuel tank replaced but the teams intuitive troubleshooting lead them to replacing my fuel tank indicator saving me over $1,300. They also took pictures and videos of my vehicle during the process which my husband loved. Couldn’t recommend more!

These guys helped me out so much. Had just transferred here from TN and gas starting coming out from under my truck while filling up. This had been an issue before in TN and took it to a shop up there to be fixed. They literally ziptied the hoses together and charged me 2 grand for the work. Got it down here and yeah had to pay again but I knew it… was fixed and safe to drive. They had to pretty much redo everything with my fuel lines, hoses, fuel pump, and the tank. The owner did a great job and fast so I could get back to TN to get my kids down here. Even gave me tips on getting my money
