The 3 man crew showed up at 930, argued with myself over the direction and way larger items should be taken out, regardless of measurements proving my case. Significant damage to my refrigerator due to complete negligence followed by myself being fussed at for not having larger doors. Interesting enough math at completion of the job 1230, the crew tried to charge me for 3 and half hours. The company does have a bogus insurance policy, which I knew about prior but past experience led me to believe it wouldn’t be necessary. Complained that I should “pick out smaller furniture next time”. Worst
