It begins with harvesting native trees at the right time, and the specifications we give to the sawmill. But most important is the drying of the lumber.

I visited twice and each time they spent time showing me examples of what I was interested in and answering my questions without any pressure to buy. They also answered further questions over the phone to make sure I was clear on my order.
