I honestly would give it 0 stars! I rented a “party bus” for 5 hours (not cheap) and the bus had a faulty radio. The volume of the music was so low my party decided to sing in order not to ruin my wife’s birthday. Complained to managers of the issue.. and was told they didn’t find anything wrong. I personally drove to show them the issues and was given a 70 dollar credit (slap to my face). The driver was ok, but drove as if he was in a rush! Save your money and go elsewhere and risk paying a fortune for an OVER PRICED UBER. Never again

Driver was nice and friendly and we had music, lights and drinks on our way to a wedding. Thankfully, one of our groomsmen was paying attention because the driver took more than two wrong turns on our way to the church. Not something you want to have to worry about when you are also worrying about all the things that come with being in a wedding.

It was my daughters wedding and the bus broke down on the way to pick up guest. They did not offer a back up plan with a reasonable time to transport guess. I will never use them again and would caution others to not use there service. The response to this is it would have delayed the wedding over an hour this was not a reasonable timeline for a wedding. He also referenced this to a plane have difficulties. Very insensitive as this plane/limo bus was for a wedding. With the fleet they have they could have accommodated a better solution.

If you ever need door to door service, this is the service to use! Very attentive, professional, super clean vehicles and focus on details is outstanding. They take ALL the stress away from trying to figure out logistics. Our driver was early both ways(to & from airport) so no worries about getting to and from on time. Highly recommend.

We used Lindsey Limousine for our wedding and they were great! We had a fairly large bridal party, so we went with the new 27 passenger bus and it did not disappoint. The driver picked up the bride and her bridesmaids on time for the ceremony, and brought the entire wedding party to a nearby park for pictures, then dropped everyone off at the wedding venue. They even did a couple rounds of pick ups and drops offs from another hotel which was a great bonus! All in all, great experience with Lindsey Limousine and have already recommended them to friends who will be needing their services soon!

We rented a stretch limo for my wife's birthday. The people I spoken with on the phone were friendly and helpful. We originally requested a larger vehicle but the number of passengers decreased and Lindsey Limousine was able get me a smaller vehicle with only a couple weeks notice. The driver, Kim, arrived several minutes early and got us to our destination on time. She was courteous and friendly. The price was below other companies I called and the service was outstanding

My driver never showed up. I was going to Logan early in the morning and I just wanted a stress free ride to the airport. Just Awful! I had to take a lyft to the airport which at least the lyft showed up. They promised to call me and offer me compensation but they never called. This company is a scam. Please don't use them. I've also had problems in the past where my chauffeur brought a car that could only fit one of my four pieces of luggage for my family. Our family had to ask a friend to bring our luggage back to our house all because the chauffeur made a dumb mistake. Once again,

We were going to a Guns & Roses concert and hired Lindsey Limousine and got chauffeur Kim.
She arrived and the limo, which looked brand new and immaculate inside, was decked out with an 80s theme and the radio playing Guns and Roses. She knew exactly where she was going and kept us informed of where and how to find her after the concert. She also gave us the playlist and all other helpful info. She had totally done her research. We were met after the concert in an easy access area. She was super pleasant and I would not only recommend Lindsey Limousine but would also suggest people request

I called around and this company was the nicest and most helpful. I couldn't believe the attitude of the other companies. Lindsey really wanted to earn my business and they did. The chauffeur was early, professional, and made us very comfortable during both trips. I would highly recommend this company. Don't wait until it's too late and settle with another company. Hired a limo to pick my parents up for a surprise 50th wedding anniversary. I got an email 30 min before pick up with the drivers name and a link to track the limos location. The driver Joshua arrived a few minutes early to pick them up. He was friendly and professional. Would recommend and use again.

We booked this company to take us home. We booked the SUV. The company assured us there would be plenty of room for 5 passengers and luggage. Driver picked us up at Syracuse Airport, didn't help us with our bags and took us across the parking lot to a beat up old SUV. There were five of us and the car had 4 seats, the driver tells us there's plenty of room. He hands my mother pillows with the intention of having my 9 year old son sit on the hump in the middle of the back seat! We rented the new Mercedes sprinter van for a 10 person bachelorette party this past weekend. Josh was our driver and he was fun, professional and helpful. He was happy to adjust the schedule as needed and even offered to have late night pizza ready for us. The quality of the vehicle was top notch. We had a TON of stuff with us and it fit just fine. The only thing not working was the radio but we made due with our cell phones.
Rich helped me with the booking and was incredible. The entire process was very smooth and pleasant.
Lindsey is by far superior to the other limo companies
