My elderly dad called them to check his AC unit. They took him for almost ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS for basically replacing a thermostat. He has early stages of dementia. The parts where all double of what they run and the labor was OVER $550. Financial Elder Abuse. I would not recommend - they saw on opportunity and took advantage. I looked it up online and found a new 2 ton 14 seer system only cost about 1k. Shame on you Buchanan Service Co.
