Caitlin perfected her art form at a boutique salon in North Seattle. Now an experienced stylist, she specializes in cuts and colors that keep up with current trends and reflect each client's individuality. Caitlin's expert skills earn her high marks in customer satisfaction across the board. But she sets Seattle's gold standard in the areas of braiding, up dos, and fashion color.
Since Daniel's first license in 1997, his time in the hair industry has been marked by three things: learning, client relationships, and a passion for the craft of hairdressing. Fifteen years working the professional hair product arena as an educator and platform artist have shaped his approach. Daniel is passionate about creating looks that are fashionable, that fit into the client's lifestyle and respect the integrity of the hair.
An experienced fresh makeup artist, Micheii understands that women want to look fresh, flawless, and beautiful. This principal drives her creative process from start to finish. Micheii's natural talent and sensitivity, honed by Seattle's finest training programs, brings out the best in every client.
A natural behind the chair, Nathan is passionate about making sure he understands each client's desired look. He loves the interpersonal aspect of hair cutting and takes pride in helping customers learn how to maintain their look long after they have left the salon. Nathan could be described as an urban barber with an artist's eye.
As Artistic Director, Rand brings Method + Madness over 25 years of experience as a master stylist, premier colorist and Chicago salon owner. Training younger stylists, he developed new methods for cutting with precision and detail. Rand has an extensive background in color theory, which led to him teaching advanced color application and techniques for L'Oreal.

Daniel is an exemplary stylist. He did a fantastic job cutting my hair. I have a new stylist now!
The building is gorgeous. Next time I'll snap some pictures of it. Their covid response is great. They have a table with sanitizer and other essentials. They also take your temperature (without touching) before you proceed with your appointment.
I sent a message on their website, and Amanda got back to me within about an hour. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Excellent customer service and an easy scheduling system. I also like their text messages for reminders.

Such an amazing experience! I'm new to Washington and the humidity and Daniel took the time to not only teach me about my hair and how to take better care of it, but also how to style it and everything. He was so kind and he did a damn good job! I walked in having a basic idea of what I wanted and he helped me find the perfect cute for my face, lifestyle, and most importantly my personality. I cannot wait to come back. Maybe I'll get a dye job next time!

I’ve been here twice now and the staff is so friendly and very accomadating. I didn’t like how my hair turned out the first time because we didn’t get to finish it and I was just having prom and graduation come up. But my hairstylist was quick to schedule me in and make sure it came out beautiful, and it did! I very much loved the outcome and the effort and work she put into it!

I booked a bridal up-do appointment with Daniel after finding some good reviews for this salon and I couldn't have been happier! I was a bit nervous since I did not schedule a trial run due to the salon/wedding being in a different location than where I live, but I was able to email in and bring in a picture of what I wanted and Daniel did an amazing job making my hair look absolutely perfect! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and made the experience quite enjoyable, even offering compliments throughout the process. If I lived closer, I would certainly make this my new go-to place for

Went in for a haircut today based on reviews, locality, price and a short notice need on my break today. Always nervous to let someone new cut my hair, so i went in hoping for a decent - not too screwed up- trim. What i got was Nathaniel! He had a great vibe n spirit about him. You could tell he really loves doing hair and making people feel good.

I've been several times now. The first time was from a Groupon but the service is so good I keep coming back. If you want a wax ask for Linda. She is the best. She keeps it quick and as pain free as possible. I just had my hair highlighted and cut by Amy and I could not be happier with how it turned out. So far with each appointment I am more impressed by the skill of the practitioners. Quality work all the way.

Today I went to Bianco & Co, and the lovely Sarah was my stylist. She was immediately welcoming. We chatted for a few, and she took the time to understand my hair, as well as find out exactly what I wanted and provide suggestions. While she was working on my hair, we continued to talk, and she explained some "hair science" to me. She gave me amazing advice, and explained my hair and how to care for it in a way that no one has ever been able to before. This place is so cute and right in the heart of Downtown Renton. I came here after I saw a Groupon for massage and loved the place immediately and the vibe it had. Everyone was so nice and friendly and even though it was right after work at night, I could still find parking here!

I have been following this salon during name changes as well as location. I finally have a hair stylist who has stayed and absolutely love the services they provide. Everyone is very nice and cordial to you. The prices are about the same competitive wise. My stylist Hailey is phenomenal and have every bit of faith of sitting in her chair and basically give her the go ahead and leave my hair in her faithful hands and opinion. I would really recommend this place!

Although the price on Groupon is great, I will never return for their Brazilian. Heather did a rushed job and she handed me a paper towel with gel after she was done. It was over in 15 minutes.
It's too bad as the place is nice and it's easy to get an appointment in. I guess the ease of getting an appointment should have been a indication of the service I would be getting.

I went to Heather for a Brazilian wax after purchasing a deal on Groupon. It was my first Brazilian ever, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but she made the process more comfortable and helped ease my mind.
She was helpful at explaining the process before and answered all the questions I had. I felt that she was very professional. She made good conversation while trying to distract me from the waxing part. The waxing was a little painful (obviously) but not as bad as I thought it would be. I was in and out very quickly and I will be back!
A side note, make sure you get there early

Stumbled across this salon through Groupon. I needed a wax and they had a sweet deal on them, so I snagged one of myself.
I called to make an appt and the receptionist was sweet. I was bummed when she said Denise (the owner) was booked for last Friday. So as I'm scanning my calendar to see what other day would work best, she said, "Waaaait! Nevermind. We can fit you in at 4:30! The owner just said she would take you." Wellll then! That's pretty sweet of her to do, so I was happy.
I came in on Friday for my waxing. The salon itself is über cute. The salon is in an old building

I've had my hair done now by two different people at Bianco and Co and both of them were amazing. They really listen to my concerns with my hair and then cut it exactly how I asked. My hair has never looked better. I am currently seeing Britni and she was amazing! She recommends products for my hair and is very knowledgeable in anything I have had questions about! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend! I haven't been to a better salon anywhere near this area.
