We hired this so call heating and cooling company, they lied about our ac and charging the unit was pushing for a new a AC, we had family member that does AC (not closed to our home) talk to the guy and was given an education on AC. The guy didn't have a vacuum! He used our house vacuum to clean the vents!? He was lucky I was not at home my wife paid the $202.00 for what! We had our relative come down and the AC has been running well.

Needed servicing for my furnace, on this cold, cold day, and found the single but very good review from Jess H. and took a chance. Owner was able to send someone out right away, who was very thorough and found the problem. Will use them again, next without waiting for the worst weather. Very pleasant to deal with.

I recently had an overnight emergency when my oil burner failed on a very cold night. I called my regular guy of 10 years and he could not respond. I searched the Internet and came across Talon. I called their number at 3am and the phone was cheerfully answered immediately. I spoke to Billy Schultz and he promised to be over shortly. He responded in 30 minutes and immediately dove into the problem. He worked on it for a while and got it to start so that we could heat the house. He came back during the day and replaced a number of components which seemed to do the trick. The next night it failed
