I wish so badly that I could give this place zero stars but google doesn’t allow me to do that. I lived in Hyde park estates for two years and when we moved carassone didn’t give us our deposit back for over six months. We called them almost every day and threatened court multiple times and finally the only reason they paid us our money is because my sister was moving out as well, and told them they wouldn’t pay them until they paid us ours. I have never met such dishonest people in my life, it is an office full of people that lie to you over and over again. They never answer their phones

I have lived in Country Commons for several years. It was very well maintained. I liked that the Superintendent lived on the property for any questions or emergencies. I had never had any problems the entire time I lived there. The office staff was always helpful and the owners were always nice. I was surprised that there were negative reviews, but realize when you are evicted or your lease is not renewed, you feel the need to be nasty. If it wasn't for my job transfer, I wouldn't have moved.

No one still hasn't even picked up my rent yet and its been ten days and I wonder why...no one will tell me where to send it and I wonder why? I never had this experience in my life..since when does a rental company not want their money and for what!? I know why and God knows why and God don't like ugly... I've been more than patient with people and I'm at a loss! I'm really trying and hoping it's not what I think it is but what else am I supposed to think!? I will be talking to whoever I need to talk to today because I want answers!
