Very helpful in helping me design a ring around my late mother's wedding ring. Ring came out beautiful and will become a family heirloom. Also reset an existing diamond into a new setting.. was shown options I wouldn't normally have gravitated towards and with their experienced eye, provided a setting that most accentuated the beauty of the diamond. I have been having them work on my jewelry since 1999.

Kyle Bullock designed a necklace for me with diamonds I had him remove from a ring. It is such a beautiful piece! I’m very happy with it. I definitely will use him again!

My wife wanted to have a new ring made from her first wedding ring and others. She picked it up yesterday and was so very pleased with how it turned out. I was at work and she texted me and said "it's beautiful!". When she got home and I saw it, I totally agreed, what a beautiful ring she has now. Late last week I went into the store to drop off a necklace that I broke the chain on. The crew at Bullock’s were so kind, attentive and professional. They assisted me with my issue and helped me find a solution to another issue I was having with the necklace. As a side thought, I asked if they would mind cleaning my ring while I was there. They gladly said that they would, and upon inspecting it first, they noted that my ring was missing a small diamond. I had a wonderful long necklace with large, heavy Barock-style sweet water pearls. I couldn’t wear it because it was heavy and an awkward length. Bullock’s knew just what to do: It is shortened and I have duo-bracelets - perfect. Not to mention I just love this family-owned business and its team!

Great customer service and wonderful jewelry. They are so amazing and kind. They treated us with respect and showed us all the pieces we wanted to see. They talked to us about different jewelry and durability… as well as what the differences are. They treat us as if we have been going there for years and I definitely plan to use them as the only jewelry store. They have absolutely stunning pieces and they have an amazingly clean store. Bullocks has been where we have bought all our jewelry since the 70’s. Still wearing the diamond wedding rings Dixon sold my husband in 1971. These are the friendliest group of people I have ever done business with. I would recommend this family business to anyone.

My grandmother was handed down my great grandmothers wedding ring when she was married and it had been in the family for 3 generations. She went in somewhat recently to have this ring cleaned.
