Since 1981, Logistics Management Resources, Inc. (LMR) has been providing 3rd-Party logistics services to a variety of industries, across all truck modes. While our initial focus began with managing petro-chemical bulk truck logistics, over the last 30+ years our shipper network has expanded to include multiple overland modal demands.

We focus on and execute five (5) primary logistics processes with dedicated account personnel located at our Baton Rouge, LA headquarters and/or at our customers' locations. The management of these key processes is supported by a robust, internally developed and managed TMS that provides web-based data and solutions, allowing for rapid-response decision making.
Services
LMR can manage your daily order transactions, including both 'standard' and 'emergency/rush' orders, thereby providing you, our client, the true value of focusing on the strategic aspects of Supply Chain management. At LMR, we lower costs and improve asset efficiencies using order-tender forecasting models, combined with our proprietary load optimization and routing software to match market-place capacity with our client's order demand.
LMR's Compliance Management System safeguards all carrier contracts and compliance documents so you, the client, can focus on the strategic aspects of Supply Chain Safety and Security. Our scrutiny of carrier safety reduces your liability exposure by insuring only those carriers with the highest levels of safety compliance will serve you and your customer's facilities.
Allowing LMR to manage your freight invoice process can produce immediate savings. Our experienced and knowledgeable Account Representatives audit each invoice using pre-defined payment parameters. Weekly, consolidated invoice submitted electronically reflecting all charges for the previous week.

All invoice errors are documented in LMR's adjustment database triggering an immediate notification to the carrier containing a detailed explanation describing the error found, what the correct invoice amount should have been, and a request for an adjusted invoice.Adjustment notifications to carriers occur on a per-invoice basis - eliminating past due receivables.
