I would not trust any estimate that this man gives you. First we signed the contract and gave him the deposit in June of 2018 he stated that he could start by August. He did not start until December, that should have been my first clue. We were told that the whole job could be completed in two months. It took seven months to complete!! Mind you, this is our only full bath so we were taking showers in the basement from a hose hooked to the sink. Every time he gave us a estimate of time “I will have the floors in by Friday” he never made it. He cannot even make his own time estimates. He would
