These guys took advantage of my son big time. He wanted LED head lights and they said sure. We will need to do this and that but easy. He paid for the parts and labor up front and still had to wait about 2 weeks for the work to be done. Turns out they are only plug and go lights. No extra work required. Over $700 for putting in 4 headlights that cost $55 each.

Took a 30 minute detour to stop by and see if they could help me with my sub. I really just had a quick question that would have taken 5, 10 minutes tops but they were too busy to help me and wanted me to schedule an appt. (With a minimum shop fee attached, I'm sure) I understand that they need to make money in order to survive as a business but still kinda disappointed that they couldn't help me and the waste of time and energy on my part.

Went in for new tires, leveled and dash camera. Was reassured camera would not drain battery. When vehicle was returned, no information was given, none verbal nor written. Found in vehicle was box with 2 bolts for a bumper that was not installed on said vehicle, also camera was unplugged from power and sim card not inserted. By the end of the week vehicle was dead from said camera. Returned to person who sold it stated what was told, he stated yes he remembers and that was correct, when told it did, he just looked like he didn't know what was happening. Then stated that must of been my fault somehow

I have waited 6 weeks for the bumpers I ordered from them and have dropped my truck off 2 times now and still nothing done to my truck. If I don't get an answer back tomorrow of when I'm going to get them, I'm gonna get my money back as it has been a month and a half after I've already paid in full. I have called for weeks and still don't have an answer or a reply from them of when I'm gonna get them installed or even delivered. My patience is absolutely gone now

The amp and front speakers in my car went out and I needed to have them replaced. My man Josh at Snow’s provided me with an estimate on site and was knowledgeable regarding what needed fixed. The estimate I received from Snow’s was higher than I was expecting, but there’s a good reason for that; quality parts and highly technical labor shouldn’t be cheap! The work on my car turned out to be more complex than expected, but they went above and beyond to make sure the work was done right. It took a little longer than I expected, but the sound is fantastic. Shout out to Ken as well for always

Made an appointment for a custom made box for two 10s and wiring an Lc2i. After getting back home I realize I didn't have the plugs for the Lc2i I called and was assured by the person I spoke with they had them. Showed up for my appointment and they don't carry the plugs. I ask them if they could get them they said no. I went down the road to Aspen Sounds they said they could order them but it wouldn't come in until they got their next shipment but looked up on their computers and told me how to get them and it would be cheaper to order them myself. I will be going to Aspen to finish

Me and my husband went to have them adjust our amp and deck and not even 20-30 mins later the voice coil on our sub caught fire. When I contacted them they laughed at me and said good luck getting us to replace it.. that's not right I'm a hard working person and I feel that they should replace the sub for free as it was their fault.. they wanted to charge me for a new sub not even worth what my P2 is worth.. They where ride, disrespectful and have bad customer service.

I heard that the new management of this establishment has improved things...guess not.
I purchased a stereo for my girlfriend for christmas with the full install. Payed $440 for it. At the time I was told that if we wanted to upgrade to a double din apple carplay stereo with a back up camera, it would be about 200. 100 for the upgrade in the deck and 100 to install the camera. So, we opted to do so.
When we picked up the car, it was 240...pretty close. To our amazement tho there was no backup camera. When we asked about it, we were told it would be an additional 220 for a backup camera. Huh!

I would not recommend Snows Auto. I had them install A stereo in my car Jan 31 2019. They damaged the door Panel on the drivers side. Tyler the Manager Said they would replace it. Here we are six months later And still no door Panel. The Install was Very poor Quality. They used Tape to connect wires together Not Connectors. The dashboard was not reattached proper so it was extremely loose. The wires for the amp were not secured and sitting under the spare tire with the full weight of the tire sitting on it sitting on metal shavings. My kids having been bugging me for a screen player forever something that they can stream from Netflix or Hulu. So I decided to surprise them and get one installed.
I bought a DVD Wi-Fi headset for with headphones for my car that cost me $1200.
The guys that installed it actually couldn't get it to work the day OF and just told me to read the manual once I got home?! Okay...
After a week of trying the system would not work properly. Can't steam from my iPhone to headset I tried on several different phones newer and older models. Nothing?
I drove by one day and a tall older guy came

A while back I went to Snow's with what I thought was a serious headlight issue as I have the "projector type" headlights on my 2015 F-350 SD Diesel, and I was having serious electrical issues with one of them. If you've ever looked under the hood of one of those you need a Doctorate in auto technology to understand it. I brought my truck in and Snow's had the issue traced to a loose ground wire PDQ. They were honest, called me right back told me the issue and it was resolved and only charged for the very minimal shop time used. There was every opportunity to pad the

I wish I could give this business NO stars. The overall quality for customer service and job performance is a huge disappointment and a terrible, headache-experience. They didn't get the job right the first time, didn't get it right the second time, and NEVER got it right the third time. They butchered an installation that was never done right or fixed correctly. I had to take their mistakes to another auto shop that actually did it right and corrected their problems. I would never recommend this business to friends or colleagues!
