I used this place a few years ago when my personal taxes were complicated from my wife opening a business. Everything was great and I recommended them to others looking.
This past year I hired them again after selling a rental property and wanting a professional touch and everything was different. Dozens of calls and emails went unreturned over the course of two months. Only after I posted on the town Facebook page asking if anyone else had an issue did I receive a call back.
