I have used Mr. Owens at both my home and work locations. He's easy to talk to, prompt, professional, and accurate with his work. He's also suggested products for our home that we should buy for him to install, which was helpful. Highly recommended!

I was in town visiting my folks and I lost my car key. I didn't have many options and way trying to get home. The first time I talked to Rob he made me feel comfortable that he was going to be able to help get me home. He was very responsive and communicated through every step. My folks live in the country so I was over an hour away but that didn't stop Rob from being very willing to help. He brought me a new key, programmed it to my vehicle and sent me on my way within 3 hours from when I had initially called him. Great guy and a great experience!

Owens was contracted to change all the locks in my building (12 units). The management company gave us a 2 hour window in which to be home to let the locksmith in. Owens had switched my lock out within the first 15 minutes. Impressed with the efficiency.
