Easy online ordering. I was able to provide the couples color choice. And unfortunately I was forced to order what I consider late notice but the flowers were done on time and absolutely GORGEOUS.

Came from out of town for our wedding June 12, 2021. The bouquets and boutonnières were flawless, absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had asked for. This florist took my vision to the highest level. Great quality blooms at a very good price. The customer service was outstanding. Would highly recommend for any floral needs. Sent flowers to my mom for her birthday and she said they arrived beautifully designed and very fresh. I've also been a florist for 20 years so my mom knows quality and design.

After ordering a bi weekly delivery of flowers from Renae, we decided to cancel future orders. (For the record, Renae was awesome).
My wife spoke to Marley to cancel the future orders, and from that interaction alone, we will never use Blooms again. She was rude, disrespectful and completely dismissive of an order that she didn’t understand, repeatedly telling my wife that she was calling the wrong florist. I rated a 1, simply because I couldn’t rate a 0.

I am from Florida and wanted to find a florist in Brookings that would work with me to design a flawless floral arrangement for a special friend. Of the local listings near Brookings that I found online, Brookings Blooms stood out. I called and spoke with Marley and explained the need for a floral arrangement that was both stunning and different. Between several calls and emails, Marley was extremely patient as I described the types of flowers and the specific color mixture that I specifically wanted to be included in the arrangement. Wonderful service. The bouquet we ordered my mother in law is gorgeous. Staff was very accommodating with us needing to change the delivery date twice. Highly recommend them.

I had ordered a floral crown for my redwoods maternity shoot via email. Along the line there was a miscommunication and I didn’t do a good job following up before we arrived to Brookings. The day of, I called to give the store a heads up that I would be arriving right around closing time. I couldn’t get a hold of the store because of a bad phone connection. We showed up right after 5 pm and thank goodness they were still working! I was told that they never made the crown because they didn’t receive payment.
