Honestly a really great garage. They are attentive and upfront about the expected expenses, no surprises when you go to pick up your car. All the staff I've interacted with is very professional and you can tell they really care. 100% would recommend this garage. I was able to get in relatively quickly too.

First time customer of this place, and let me say, I am a impressed so far.
I had them install new Honda genuine OEM TPMS sensors for my 2010 Honda CR-V that I purchased and provided for them to install.
Most of the other shops in the area would not install "customer provided parts" - even if they were new OEM genuine parts, and then can't understand why I am unsatisfied with them choosing to use generic Chinese aftermarket parts (Dorman) instead.
Here is why I am satisfied and impressed with Rich's Tire:
1) Rich's Tire had no problem installing the OEM sensors I provided, and charged a reasonable

My family and I have been taking our cars here for years with no problems. The last time I took my car there for an inspection I was told what was wrong and they wanted a lot of money for the job. I bought the parts online and did the job myself for a fraction of the price. When I took it back the mechanic "found a new problem" that he "didn't catch the first time" and failed it. I took the car to a different mechanic and it passed inspection without any issues.

I've been dealing with Karen at Rich's tire for over 15 years. Great friendly/professional service and a knowledgable staff.
I've purchased both car and truck tires, had alignments, and had inspections here. Today I purchased 4 new tires and an alignment for my Camry. When I checked out Karen told me that they checked my alignment and it was on… the mark, I only had to pay for the check and not a full alignment. What other company would do that? I guarantee that most if not all competitors would have charged me anyway! They also hand torque your wheels, not like these other cowboys who impact
