I'm surprised about the lack of reviews and ratings for this company!! Well, here's Five thumbs up for each individual and their great services.
From the office, they took my calls and made things happen. The visitors (in person or by phone) were all skilled, friendly, and professional. My grandpa was well taken care of by the social worker Mimi, physical therapist Bonnie, nurse Jon, and dietitian Elsie. The occupational therapist and aide were also very helpful.
