Great experience after having a problem with a tooth I was told by others that I needed a procedure costing thousands. I went to Excel dental for a second opinion. It was my lucky day not only was the office clean and neat and the staff very friendly I met Dr Swagat Patel who was very kind and caring he immediately made me feel at ease. After careful exam and X-ray he came up with more simpler
approach to the problem saving the tooth and thousands of dollars

1st time here and I am so happy I went !! Like many people, I have a fear of the dentist but I was made very comfortable by all ! Genesis was very reassuring and the doctor made it a breeze ..Kevin explained all my insurances to me and his soothing voice just added to the ease of it all !..I will be returning soon and then I will show off my new beautiful smile!!!😁😁😁

The place is great and very clean. I'm the biggest wimp when it comes to the dentist and I need allot of work. So when I went in to start the work...they knew how afraid I was and they were so nice and gentle. They are great about checking in with you about how your doing, and they explain everything they are going to do step by step so your always informed about what they are going to do. All the employees at Excel are amazing and very kind. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would give them 100 stars. 😊😊

I would absolutely recommend this dentist! Being someone who suffers from high anxiety especially at the dentist to the point where I Havent gone in five years they do an amazing job. Everyone is friendly and have complete kindness. Kevin at the front desk is very nice and super helpful when it came to insurance purposes and referrals he went the extra mile to get it all taken care of. The dental assistant Genesis was amazing ! The dentist Dr. Patel eased my anxiety so much by going over everything and letting me know every step as he was going and kept checking to make sure I was comfortable.

One of the best Dental offices I have visited in a long time. Every single person, from the front to the back is just exceptional. Dr Patel was very patient with me, and took the time to explain everything that was being done and why. I never once had any insurance mix up, over charges, or anything to complain about really. If I could pick this entire office up and move it with me, I would!
