Services
Northwest Physical Therapy is a locally owned and directed Licensed Physical Therapy clinic. Our team is highly experienced in orthopedic physical therapy (PT), post-operative rehab, manual therapy. Not only does the founder Craig Pigeon pride himself with handling his patients with utmost care, but he also provides them with the knowledge and tools they require to be successful throughout their unique healing process.
After 30+ yrs. of physical therapy practice I'm still awed by the ability of the human body to heal and how much can depend on our outlook on life. A degree from the University of North Dakota gave me a wonderful start, since I have been the benefactor of insightful teachers in numerous areas of patient care.
If your Physician has sent us your referral, you may call us to schedule your Initial Exam. Please bring your New Patient Intake Forms, Insurance card(s), ID, Referral (if given to you) and if you have a list of your medications and/or allergies to your first appointment. Craig Pigeon and his Northwest Physical Therapy team are miracle workers! My doctors expected elbow & shoulder surgeries for me. However, Craig and Pam's physical therapy and Christopher's massage therapy not only stopped the pain and returned strength, but also made surgery unnecessary! Wow!! Their holistic and caring approach works wonders! My whole body and health has improved!!
