Right now was awesome got us in ASAP very professional. Had an interesting experience with our instillation, all of the workers were professional polite and on time, but Some of the wires were not correctly hooked up to our new unit.

Donovan and Eli put in my systems. They were prompt, efficient, personable and professional. I asked questions, watched what they did and basically bugged them.🙂 My brother even came over to observe to make sure they were legit. He left after a couple of hours saying he didn’t need to stay until they finished because they were doing a great job!

Heater went out last night and Right Now heating was at my house within a few hours after I called this morning! (I guess you can say that Right Now really lived up to their name!) Plus, Brencis, my technician, was wonderful! Very polite and courteous and he quickly discovered the issue and was able to fix it right then! The price was very reasonable and I wasn’t charged for things I didn’t need, for example, the filter was slightly dirty but did not need replacing yet so I can just replace that a little later.

It was a delight to have Manny and Eric work in our home. They were both pleasant and cheerful, even joyous, in their work, in spite of the challenges they were presented with as they pressed forward. They told me that they love what they do, and it clearly showed. They were very attentive to detail, ensuring that everything was done to a very high standard. It is going to be very hor in a couple days, my AC was not working! I called at 4:30 in the afternoon, made an appointment for the next morning. The technician, Brandon came at 9:30 am the next day. Very professional. He found the problem quickly, fixed it and did a thorough inspection on the unit.
I plan on having them come out once a year to inspect it.

I felt that this company was misleading with their advertising. I got a flyer in the mail that stated heating and air conditioning would be 18 dollars a week. By the time it's all financed, with great credit, over ten years it was 4,899.96 dollars more than it would be at 18 dollars for 520 weeks ( ten years). That is 9.42 more per week. Very misleading and I feel like the full financial agreement was not revealed until after instillation. I should have asked far more questions rather than assumed they were a trustworthy company.

I'm a disabled veteran. Sitting in a very hot house. The guy came out to give me a quote today and turned off my compressor. Now they tell me I have to sit here for 3 or 4 hours this evening, no matter what I have going on and wait for them. That sooner or later he'll come out. I wouldn't buy from this company. I wouldn't have near your house or air
conditioning.
