Some issues were as follows: They said they weren't busy and could get right on the PC that was brand new. I had to call several times and the girl at the front desk would just tell me they same thing every time. That it was "In process and they will call me back" But they never did call me back. I dropped it off on a Sat and they never called me once and they had it until Wednesday! We figured out the problem ourselves and I called to tell them we had put in the wrong mother board by accident. They didn't even realize that until we told them. So we paid a diagnostic fee for nothing really. My

Called today asking and hoping for a quick fix. Mentioned my issue and was offered a valid response; download the latest driver for my printer which suddenly quick working. It actually totally worked and I didn't have to spend a dime!!! Just a phone call. I went there with a dropped external hard drive based on what I was told I had a reasonable belief that 90% to 99% would be recoverable.
When I showed it to the representative and we did a q&a and he went to do a little research on it on the bench from my understanding he explained that he didn't see any trouble with the recovery.
So I was charge for a diagnostic test and some days later I was told it was all to no avail.
so come pick it up there's nothing that can be done.
I did some research on the internet and I talked to some other people in the science and technology

I do not do this lightly, but felt this was warranted. I took my Mac to Computer Repair in Tyler after being turned away elsewhere (where I would normally go). Took in my computer due to a power issue and I let them know I needed it back as soon as possible. I was out of town, on a three day job in Tyler, and needed it before I went to my next job in Dallas. They offered Express Service and for a few more dollars, they turned around my computer in 2 days. I was extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to any one in the Tyler area.

These guys are awesome! I dropped my laptop one day, cracked the screen and broke the hinges. They did a complete repair and had it ready for me within days. They totally exceeded my expectations. I am brand new to Tyler. I was having an issue hooking up a second monitor to my laptop. The "Geeks" hand they would d told me I needed a new video card.
I found Computer Repair online, called and was told to bring my laptop in to them for the video card installation. When I got there the tech, Jackie, took a look and said it was an easy fix. He spent 10 minutes and walked me through what to do. When I asked how much he said, "No charge" and handed me several of his business cards.
I appreciate good service like this. They have a customer for life!!
