We have had a house fire.. car accident(2) and state farm is hand down the best company we have ever had. They helped me when I didn't have a clue to even know how to get started and I just absolutely love the people that work there. They're very fast at getting things done and on the move for you again. We will never leave these people they're stuck with us

Wouldn't allow me to leave another review but i will say every time I ask Ms Shelby to check something for me add or take something off my policy its a breeze! By far some of the best customer service I have encountered! Shelby always makes changes and updates a walk in the park!

I am a Army Veteran, that contacted State Farm to discuss comparing insurance rates. I was impressed that Dave took the time to discuss the importance of a Life Insurance policy with me. I had never had an insurance agency take the time to explain to me why this was so important, and notice it was missing from my current policy with another company. Thanks to Dave I am now educated on the topic and have a policy that I am happy with. Thank you to Dave and his team.

Absolutely love this State Farm team. I have several policies here including home, auto, life, and mutual funds. I feel very confident in this entire staff to always take care of any, and all of my insurance needs. Dave the agent is new to the area, but has gone above and beyond and jumped right into the heart of this awesome community with both feet eager to help everyone all he can. I highly recommend this team, not only are they an awesome agency, but they truly care about all of their clients and that to me is worth more than anything.

I recently relocated to Columbia from TX and bought my first home. Dave's office made the transfer of my policies seamless and easy. His staff did a great job of educating me on necessary limits on my policy and helped me get everything squared away. They truly did all of the leg work for me. My life insurance policies are through State Farm and I wouldn't have it any other way. They explained all of my options and pros/cons of all available policies until I found the right fit for me. I also have a retirement plan (that gets great returns) and is perfect for my financial profile. I highly recommend

Great office with an outstanding agent! I highly recommend Dave Brown State Farm for your insurance and financial needs! Not only is his staff knowledgeable about the products but Dave is an extremely high character guy. I have personally witnessed Dave drop everything to help others during times of need. He is the epitome of what it means to be a "Good Neighbor".
