Our team is composed of providers, managers and clinicians with over thirty-five years of healthcare experience under our belts.
Is Health Source One Private Duty & Staffing available over the weekend, on a holiday, or during the evening after office hours? Yes, we have Clinical and Administrative staff on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. Can someone escort me to and from appointments or outings? Yes, we can provide a personal companion/PCA to accompany all our clients to and from any pre-determined destination.
Maintain the quality of your services by employing highly qualified and experienced staff. We value our client's commitment to providing comprehensive care to their patients, that is why we take extensive pre-employment measures for the safety and convenience of the clients. We offer qualified Professional and Allied Healthcare personnel to supplement the core staff of businesses, skilled and non-skilled facilities on an as needed basis.
Community Choices Waiver- Provides various services in the home and in the community to elders or adults with disabilities who qualify. Those services may include personal assistance services, adult day health care, transition intensive support coordination, environmental accessibility adaptations, assistive devices and medical supplies, nursing services, delivered meals, therapy services and caregiver temporary support services.
