I'm very please with these guys! It's a day before Christmas Eve and my pup was peeing blood. I called around to 4 different surrounding towns and no one would get us in. Hicks Animal got us in no problem! They were very quick with my baby bc we dropped her off. The doctor called me to inform me of what was going on with my dog and she seemed so caring, informative, relatable. They didn't feed me with a bunch of b.s trying to get me to spend more money like some have done in the past. I would suggest this place to anyone that's in need of a new doctor for sure!

This is my beautiful amazing big loving boy and if I hadn’t found the Hicks Veterinarian late one night after another so call veterinarian told me to take him to Jonesboro on a cold wintery night my baby would have died. So to the Dr. Hicks and the staff I give you my up most Sincere thank you. I was treated with the concern as if he were their fur baby and that meant everything to me. Thank you!!

I am a disabled veteran who had no choice, but to bring my service dog to a vet. They initially said they wouldn’t even see my dog. And my fience mentioned that he was a previously. Then they were willing to discuss taking care of my service dog. They have been rude and disrespectful throughout the entire situation. I added a photo of my service dog so people can see

As far as the vet I feel she's good but the rest of the things I've experienced here is just awful.
First. Called gave my dogs weight and an itemized list of the shots he needed as well as what flea and tick meds we were going to use and asked for a quote. These are all specific items. They told me around 200 which was on the high side to begin with but they could get us in that day. So I went. Got the bill and there was an additional 100 in charges. Next they informed me that I would have to buy my pet meds from them as they would deny any online pet med orders from suppliers
