I'd love to have the opportunity to introduce myself to see if I might be a good fit for your goals. I obtained my Bachelors in Biology/Pre-Med from Union College in Lincoln, NE. I then attended National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, OR and Bastyr University of Natural Health in Seattle, WA.
We believe that knowledge can be empowering. The more we understand our bodies and the mechanisms that cause injuries, the more committed we become to getting better. Our office is devoted to educating you about your body, how it works and how to heal it. I work mostly with young adults, adults and elderly. I enjoy the one on one interaction that the counseling setting provides. Each session is tailored to the individual, however, I do offer Faith based and Spanish language counseling. I am a licensed mental health provider (LMHP). I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Union College and completed my Masters degree from Doane College.

Dr. Wehling has been our family doctor for past 5 years. He has made a tremendous difference in my overall health not just my back alignment. He truly does take the time to listen to your cares and get to the root of problem. My son was only a week old when he was first adjusted by Dr. Wehling. Abundant Life Family Chiropractic and Dr. Wehling truly offer whole person care. Whether I'm going in for a quick adjustment, an acute illness, or ongoing treatment for deeper symptoms, Dr. Wehling always discusses not only my physical condition with me (symptoms, diet, activity), but emotional and spiritual too (you can't have holistic care without considering all aspects of health). They have all the lab testing you can get anywhere else, but with interpretation and treatment that focuses on fixing the root cause - which is where our mainstream system fails. I was experiencing certain health problems and had seen other doctors about it before coming here. Dr. Wehling was concerned with addressing the root of my problem instead of just the symptoms like the other doctors. I put Dr. Wehlings recommendations into practice by changing my diet, and taking the supplements he gave me and after less than two weeks my major symptoms had gone away.
