I was reached out by Bonnie and she was quick to take initiative to help me land my next gig. She's really personable, professional and realistic--all qualities you want in a recruiter with clients in the creative/marketing industry. I went in for an in-person mock interview, discussed my career goals, and she was quick to call me/email me with a job lead or other questions about my resume/experience to get things rolling. I was impressed by how fast I got a phone interview with a client. In the end, I did accept an offer I pursued elsewhere, but I'm really thankful for her reaching out

Eek! Methinks not is right. i Have been hiring from Arrowmac before they were Arowmac and have know Sylvia for many years and have given her my business from the hiring end. Now I can't get the time of day. It is not right to do business with a person for years and not get a call back when I leave her a personal message. I recently worked at Ingram Micro as a graphic designer only to find that a fellow designer was working there for 1 month before me from Arrowmac. I came on board with Creative Circle. I am very disappointed in Arrowmac because I have been in contact with Emily and Sylvia

Within 1 week of meeting the Arrowmac team I was already interviewing for jobs.
The team is very nice and courteous and the job they connected me to was a perfect fit.

I suspect that some of the complaints on yelp may be because the candidate was not suited for the positions to which they had applied.

While they are a smaller staffing agency, they've been extremely helpful to me as an entry-level communications/marketing/advertising young professional. Within 3 weeks of my initial conversation with my recruiter, I had an interview for a job with a well-known advertising agency in Orange County and got a job offer 5 days later. They're very smart, attentive to your desires, and communicative.

A smaller staffing agency, they work well when they jibe with a particular designer. I spoke primarily with Rachel Boyes, and she was a very active agent. She would send me plenty of updates and potential job leads.

My only real complaint was that a lot of that talk didn't materialize into real jobs. I am still happy to be in touch with them, but I think due to their boutique status, the number of legitimate jobs available to potential designers is few and far between. It takes some vigilance to stay in the loop, and if you don't make the effort to let them know you're available

Ditto, I got the same exact mistreatment. They need to hire some talented recruiters at arrowmac. I have 27 years experience as a Production Artist and Studio Manager and have applied with arrowmac several times. I got one email in return with an assurance that I would soon be contacted, but nobody ever called.

I have been trying to work with this company for over 4 months. I am a skilled graphic web and social media designer who has a pretty impressive portfolio. I am also 6.3 and over weight. Which I feel might be part of the issue. The company in the 4 months I have worked with this have offered me 1 interview. I have tried over the last could months to remind them I am still looking but commonly do not get any response. I have also noticed that they list jobs. Jobs I apply for and I am qualified for but I never get a call back from the agency. I am not sure what they do here but it is not place talented
