We believe in the intrinsic value of every individual. We believe that all people have within themselves the capacity to heal. Our role is to assist individuals in mining their own personal resources to adapt to life's ever-changing climate. There are times in all person's lives when they may benefit from therapy services.
During these trying times, it is especially important to respect the dignity and individual differences of each person. The strong alliance which often forms between therapist and client can be a powerful tool used in healing and personal growth. Through effective therapy, clients can develop the interpersonal skills necessary to more successfully manage their lives.
