Have been relying on Concord Marine for years. Field technician Kevin is my go-to for especially thorny issues. Recently I needed a complete reprogram on a Maretron monitoring system for a 110' Sovereign. I couldn't find a vendor in the entire USNE region willing to take the project on during the summer season. When the boat got down to Florida, Kevin was able to resolve the matter quickly and effectively. Also a well managed office, with crisp communication. Always a pleasure!

Great company as always and highly recommend them to anyone. I highly recommend Kevin, his work ethic is second to none and is a super switched on guy. We had some internal electrical issues that took a few visits and Kevin didn't quite until everything was 100% apart from his solid work ethic and knowledge he is a good man. Will be using Concord (kevin) when the big boat is launched.

Worked with Rich on my boat twice now, and the experience and quality of the work is an A++. Attention to detail is a must for me, and he was way ahead of me anticipating what needed to be done to make sure all components of my new entertainment system and my new Garmin navigation/Fusion radio were completely in synch. We recently got a new catamaran with B&G electronics and lost the VHF radio and autopilot computer within the first week of owning it. Concord Marine was a great help and very responsive in getting us back up and running. Cathy and Payton in the office were a big help with scheduling and getting the new parts delivered and installed quickly, while clearly communicating with us on all the logistics. We also had the pleasure of meeting Kevin in person who did the actual repair work on our boat. He took the time to explain to us what needed fixing and made sure everything was working perfectly.
