The boiler in my rented property broke down after 20 years just as the temperature had dropped.
H2 arrived quickly the same day to diagnose the problem and suggested a boiler replacement as the parts for the old boiler were unobtainable.
New Worcester Bosch boiler installed the next day along with a Hive thermostat.
Very happy tenant with a new more efficient boiler and heating.
Happy landlord for completely painless process. H2 kept me informed of the whole process and kept me in contact. All done very quickly.

Never again... I really cannot recommend H2 after a recent very negative experience. Following a callout to fix a radiator, their engineer switched off all the radiators without informing us, then left promising to send a report, leaving us with no heating at all, a far worse situation than we started with. When I called them urgently about this on the day, they promised to call back after speaking to the engineer, but they never bothered, and now with no heating, we ended up getting the problem fixed by someone else that evening for £75. We had an issue with a blocked shower causing a leak which was responded to and resolved quickly. Our engineer was friendly and gave advice on what to do regarding the parts which was followed up by Faye after the engineer had visited. The service all round was super helpful and the issue was fixed quickly and within estimate without a problem.
Making payment was easy and we will definitely be recommending H2 to my landlord for any further issues in the property.

Our boiler failed just after the warranty completed (how do they do that ?). H2 came to take a look the day after we contacted them and were able to source and fit a new boiler the following day. The guys left everything neat and tidy. Happy with the speed and quality of service.

Critical: Professionalism
Unfortunately not impressed. The repair man came in with no mask on, did not keep social distance, used our toilet & didn't even wash his hands!!! Not acceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable. Please H2 Property Services, ensure your team are properly prepared to work safely and hygienically.

Absolutely I do not recommend hiring this company as they are non logical on not straightforward. I have only one bathroom in the flat and one shower . I had an issue where there was no hot water coming through the shower. I raise the request through the management company which they hired H2 properties services. The contractor came at the beginning then he contacted the management company and made a quote and the management company approved it assuming the quote will fix the issue. The contractor came and replace the shower valve and said the job is done claiming it is the engineer job to get
