Really don't want to write a bad review for a small business during the pandemic but I do want to let future customers know what they're getting into. I will start by saying I think this shop has good reviews for their acrylics and nail art. So if that's your thing, those reviews will be helpful. If you're going for a relaxing manicure pedicure experience, look elsewhere. I made an appointment in advance yet they seemed to struggle to keep up with me and walk ins. The whole appointment took over 90 minutes. The massage was so minuscule I could barely feel it and the resulting

Had to write this review to pay it forward to the next person. I visited this shop to get a short, square, French tip full set. The photos speak for themselves. The service took over two hours. I'm giving two stars because the guy at least tried to fix a few of the nails, but really just ended up making them worse. Needless to say, I just made an appointment at another shop to get these nails fixed tomorrow. I have never been so disappointed. I can't believe I still got charged full price for these nails. After this set, I'm never getting my nails done again.

I have been coming to Lilly Nails now for 3 years. I have always had great service and they are all very friendly. They are always willing to fix any issues I have with what is being done. Sometimes there is a communication barrier but the daughter comes and clears it up.
I got my eye brows waxed last time I was there and they gave me advice and tips on the latest trends for eye brows, even gave me an eyebrow brush.
10/10 would recommend.

This was my first nail salon experience since King County went into phase 1.5 and I want to commend Lilly Nails on my experience. They have a great system to keep their customers safe. You sign a waiver using a QR code, they have hand sanitizer outside for you to use prior to entering their salon, they do a thermal temp scan, you are instructed not to touch the nail polish bottles, and there is a plexiglass like barrier between you and your nail artist. I felt very safe there. I didn't opt to get gel manicure this time but they did a great job with my pedicure. My feet were in rough shape

Amazing, fast, friendly service. I had a shellac manicure and pedicure. The salon is VERY clean, which is important to me and I'm sure everyone. I loved, loved, loved, the large selection of polish colors. I had very specific colors in mind and they had them. Their nail art is also very well done! I am going to Disney world so I did a Disney theme and they rocked it, better than my expectations.

Two of my friends and I had an appointment for 2 pedicures and 3 manicures, we were sat down immediately and offered some nice cold water. I was very pleased with my pedicure and for the cheapest option you actually get a pretty long massage! During the manicure the lady doing my nails did trim a little too much of my cuticle which then caused blood to start coming out. Other than that I was pretty satisfied with my service there. I love how my mani and pedi turned out :) And I will definitely be returning again soon.

I liked their nail service, it was ok. What I had big problems was with their wax service. I have big tolerance to pain so at the time of my waxing, I did not mind it. What I did not realize was I was already burned, and I found it out while driving after. It looked really worse the day after. The lady (probably the oldest in their staff) pulled on the wax strip very hard as well.

That was my bad, I had googled the prices but I think one is accurate, it's from the website. Whole face is $45 and I was charged $48, for half a face you can say? Anyways I already paid and learned my lesson. I'm not looking for a freebie or any special treatment I just wanted to post my honest review. Thank you for responding

I have been going to Lilly Nails exclusively for over a year. I live over thirty minutes away and drive all the way here to have my nails done properly. I get compliments ALL THE TIME from women and men. This family owned business is the most customer service oriented salon I have ever been to. I can't say enough about how much I love this place!!! Thanks for taking such excellent care of me!!

I love this place, I've been coming here for my acrylics for 3 years and they never let me down! Everyone here is wonderful at their job and make you feel like a QWEEN! My acrylics usually stay on for 3 weeks to a month and I can get them filled 3-4 times before they finally wear out. Lots and lots of fun colors, especially with the gel colors!

I went to this place because it's conveniently located and has lots of parking. I took one star off though because the prices were not clear. The total was more than I expected. I am hoping the shellac will last me quite awhile. The service was nice and they had quite a bit of colors to choose from.

I have come to this place for years. It has changed owners quite a lot. Today I came for a manicure and pedicure. While a lady was doing my pedicure, I asked her to rebuff my nails and clean my nails a bit better. I don't think she understood so she called someone that speaks English more fluently. I explained it again and she showed this lady what to do. Apparently she was not happy and told me that if i didn't like how she was doing it to not come over to the store again.

Looking for a great place to get your nails done? Well Lily Nails is definitely the right place. I went here with my friends to have a girls day and I loved my nails and their service. I originally learned about this place from my friend who goes here quite often and she loves it. I went to give it a shot and these workers there are so nice and sweet. Once you get right in they offer you a menu that consist of all the different type of treatments you can get done. As well as there are FREE Beverages you can choose from water, tea, soda and even wine. Yes you heard me wine.

Stopped by for a quick manicure today. I didn't have an appointment but didn't have to wait at all because they had 1 or 2 available ladies (one of them may have been the cashier/receptionist).
The selection of polishes was pretty good. I wanted to choose an essie polish because I haven't tried essie before, but didn't like the color options so I went with OPI instead.
The technician didn't talk much but did a good job cleaning up the area around my nails and then carefully applying a few coats of polish. The brief arm massage was nice and I like that she offered a beverage
