Prior to your appointment, Link PT staff will call you to ask a series of required wellness screening questions. Those questions are available here. If you are feeling any signs of illness, we can help you reschedule your appointment. With your mask already covering your nose and mouth, open the door and step onto the mat inside the clinic.
I arrived at Link Physical Therapy a bit skeptical about pelvic floor physical therapy and the potential healing I could uncover. I left completely convinced! My work with Suzanne jumpstarted the healing of my tailbone and pelvic floor injuries. My experience at Link Physical Therapy has been outstanding.
The first visit is going to be a comprehensive full-body musculoskeletal evaluation. You and the therapist will discuss your history, your concerns, and your goals. She will explain more about physical therapy and the examination, and will try to include treatment on that first visit as well. The examination will include an assessment of your spinal/joint mobility and range of motion, muscle function, posture, balance, and soft tissue mobility.
