We are pleased to offer our clients a one year (1 year) warranty on modern watches from the repair completion date. Your watch has been carefully cleaned and repaired by the latest scientific methods. It has been adjusted and checked for defects in workmanship.
In rare cases where the watch will malfunction within one year of the initial repair, we will check the watch and perform the necessary repairs free of charge; however our warranty does NOT apply to wear and tear, willful mistreatment, rough handling, incorrect application, tampering with or removing the case-back, and excludes batteries, case, strap or bracelet, crystals.

I discovered Gaby's shop on Yelp and decided to give him a try... No regrets at all because Gaby is amazing! I had a negative experience here with a battery replacement on my polar fitness watch. When I first brought it in the owner seemed friendly, asked my name and made small talk. This place is a hidden gem! (LITERALLY) The owner is one of the nicest/accommodating men I have ever met. My 15 month old son flushed my beloved wedding band down the toilet & I came here in hopes to get something similar. I didn't get similar, I got spectacular. He crafted a beautiful band that matched my engagement ring flawlessly! No one will ever know that it is not a set. He fixed the prongs on my engagement ring as well & it looks brand new.
