I have been in dentistry for over 20 years. I started out as an assistant and have expanded into my current position as an Office Manager. I am married to my husband (Will) for over 23 years! We have two children (Ben and Megan) and we reside in Omro. Outside of the Office: We enjoy going ATVing, gardening, and spending time with our children.

Have been going there for years, and so far had good experience. There were couple incidents where a procedure was performed without permission (fluoride and some kind of cancer screening that is more like a coin toss) that was not covered by the insurance. One was reversed (that was long time ago when the other dentist was there). The more recent one was not reversed.
If you want to avoid getting billed for extra charges, which are not covered, make sure to make it clear to them.

We’ve now been going to Dr. Olsen for 4 years and him and his team have always been amazing with both myself and my children. tonight while at our cabin up north I had some major tooth/gum pain. Dr. Olsen told me I could drive back and he would see me. He came in on a Saturday evening to help me when I was in so much pain. Dental pain is THE worst and within minutes of being in his office I had relief. I felt horrible making him come in on a Saturday evening but he assured me it was no problem.
I cannot recommend Dr. Olsen and his team enough. We actually look forward to visiting the dentist

I talked to Dr Olsen about pain in my front teeth after being hit in an accident. He didn't seem concerned or do anything except get his staff to talk me into buying a plan to cover cleaning for the next year. Since I don't have insurance it would be a cost saving. The next appointment he decides I need to see a specialist. I ended up losing the money I paid Fox Valley Dental and had to pay the specialist and lost the teeth that were injured. I now see a dentist the specialist recommended. Lynne

This place. I was skeptical as they offered a free checkup but went. So fast forward three years and many visits later and guess what? I love this place. Ok so here are the reasons why. The front desk ladies are kind and welcoming. I never have to wait in the lobby for someone to get me. As a matter of fact Dr Joe has actually came to the lobby and picked Me up himself. They really care bout chickens like me. I personally hate going to the dentist. But they for sure insist on ensuring I am not uncomfortable
