ALG is experiencing a downturn in its customer service as its long term owner has taken a backseat to his business. The shop recently padded hours on a couple of invoices and charged 10x what an item cost and then billed for the installation. Unbelievable! Your recent downturn has cost you a business customer who has been with you for over 10 years.

I recently had service done to a truck by Jerry, a mobile mechanic. Jerry came out within the ETA I was given, quickly found the issue with my rental truck and then when my rental company told me they couldn't get the part till the next day "some time" he called around and found the part, picked it up, and had my truck running before I left the office so my driver could do his FL load.
