Park Place is a family owned and operated facility whose goal is to meet the needs of those adults who need temporary, transient (following acute injury or illness) or permanent living arrangements. Here are some historical facts about our facility. The Nursing Facility was formerly named Monroe Nursing Home and originally opened in 1962.
Park Place provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation and long-term care for patients in a caring environment as prescribed for the individual needs. Our skilled nursing unit provides care 24 hours a day under the guidance of a licensed physician. Our staff also ensures each resident receives proper nutrition with delicious meals and personal care to attend to the unique needs of each resident.
Park Place provides skilled nursing care by a team of highly qualified nurses. Twenty-four-hour care is delivered under the supervision of licensed nurses as prescribed by the physician. A skilled nursing facility is often the next step in helping you or a family member get back on their feet to better health.
Park Place nursing staff and therapists create an individualized rehabilitation plan and work with each resident and their families to ensure a successful rehabilitation experience. The goal of rehabilitation and therapy is to return the resident to their former state of health and mobility. Our team develops a daily patient relationship for therapy while monitoring progress with guidance from a licensed physician.
Park Place provides long-term care in a loving atmosphere with comfortable living quarters.
